All my services begin with a non-obligatory, free consultation, to discuss your needs and requirements, along with what you’re looking to achieve.   I will advise on whether planning permission is required. If so, we’ll work together on gathering the relevant information needed to move the application forward.  I can manage the whole planning process for you and can even liaise with other specialist consultants for services that I can't personally provide.

My services are similar for appeals, enforcement matters, seeking prior approvals, listed building consent, change of use and certificate of lawfulness applications.  

Appeals and Processes

There Are 3 Types of Appeals:

These are different processes. Written representations are generally the simplest and fastest; informal hearings are a little bit more complex, where all parties sit in front of the Inspector to present their cases; and a public inquiry is more complex and court-like involving legal counsel.
