Although it was dismissed at appeal, a second application dealt with the one reason for dismissal and Aylesbury Vale District Council Granted Planning Permission.

Cherwell District Council Planning Committee voted to refuse planning permission despite their Officer recommendation to approve planning. An Appeal followed with a public inquiry and the Inspector Granted Planning Permission.
